What is your favorite Woody Allen movie and why? Mine is "Play It Again, Sam." I realize it's not his most popular one, but all the slapstick (like the "Gangbang" scene and when he's trying to eat rice authentically in a Chinese restaurant) still cracks me up the most after all these years.

I saw a movie years ago, but don't remember the name of it. I can’t say what it was really about since I was about 11 or 12 at that time, but can say the few things I remember.
**All info given below is key, so please read carefully.**

*List of details remembered: -Starred a young very attractive, very naive woman/girl (17-24yro)-Filming style and textures looked to be between 1958-'79-Greatly European influenced, so may not be an American production-Looked more along the lines of a French or Italian film, but I could be wrong there.-Very graphic, rating would go a bit beyond the US standard of “MA” but is not really “XXX”. So, it’s not a Peter North or Ron Jeremy, but more sensual and better storyline than a Shannon Tweed movie. Think more so “Movieplex” and not “Showtime” or “HBO”.

*Scenes remembered:-The young woman/girl meets an older man (29-48yro) on an airplane flight (she might have already known him, can’t remember). They chat for a while (I think) and the girl begins to fall in puppy love with him. Eventually, they both go into an airplane bathroom and make love. -When they depart the plane the man is greeted (I think) by his wife and they leave together leaving the girl alone.
_She seems lost throughout the rest of the movie that i can recall; venturing to unknown lands and meeting new people.-It seemed as though she were looking for him wanting to see him again, or maybe looking for herself wondering what she saw in him and why she loved him so…could be both, I have no idea!

Keep in mind again, I was 11 or 12 so of course these next sense would be the ones to stick out the most to me because I had no idea what the hell was going on in them.**-I think they may have been in Egypt. The girl finds herself meeting an Anthropologist’s or Archaeologist’s wife in a foreign country and is given shelter at her husband’s dig site. While in their tent with them, the husband and wife begin to have sex thinking that the girl is asleep. When they find that she isn’t asleep, the husband begins to play with the girl and it turns into a threesome. She departs their company eventually and moves on to another part of her adventure. -She gets abducted by a biker gang, dragged to a warehouse of sorts and the group begins to gangbang her. She’s screaming trying to fight them off as each take their turn with her: holding her down, covering her mouth, slapping her around a bit and making harsh remarks…can’t remember if this guy was there from the start or not, but **here’s the kicker** After it’s done the leader of the biker gang gives her his jacket and the two of them strolled around like they were old friends and she’s telling him about the things she has experienced up ‘til that point.
**After that point in the movie I don’t remember anything; my mind was stuck on the images I just saw and trying to make sense of what the hell just happened took up all my attention until the ending credits came up, and the movie has left me with too many question marks floating around my head. I would like to see it again and finally have answered a whole hell of a lot of questions.
I know this description sounds like Emmanuelle a bit, but I have seen the "Emmanuelle" series 1-7 and none of them are the movie I am referring to. I know; even though, the time-line I gave above may say otherwise, that this movie came out before the first Emmanuelle was released or even filmed for that matter. I had to give allowances to the fact that it is a foreign film (I’m US) and the texturing, filming styles, and even colors of one country aren't the same as another in the same year. I've seen movies from Australia made in the late 90s that looked like films from the US in the late 70s early 80s; and since my memories of it are fragmented, better to be safe than sorry.**
